The Royal Academy of Dance Festival is over for another year and we are once again very proud of all our students who worked so hard to prepare for this annual competition. A special congratulations to the following award winners!

After a week of classes hosted by Raise the Barre Dance Festival with the amazing Luca Masala and Julieta Martinez of the amazing Academie Princesse Grace in Monaco, we are delighted to announce that two of our students received scholarships.

We’d like to extend a warm congratulations several of our students who have been accepted to prestigious international summer intensives in 2024.

Our alumni Abbey recently started her journey with the Australian Ballet School for 2024.

We are so proud of our captivating student Eve who has commenced her studies at the New Zealand School of Dance for 2024!

It is with sadness but also great pride that we say farewell to our talented Rhett, who flies to California today to start his new chapter at the prestigious San Francisco Ballet School!

We are so proud to announce that our alumni Zane Smith-Taylor has recently graduated from the Academie Princesse Grace, and will begin his professional career at The Royal Swedish Ballet this month!

CONGRATULATIONS to our beautiful full-time student Eve and our gorgeous ATP 4 student Hayley for being selected to compete in the Brisbane International Contemporary Dance Prix for 2023!

The PCCC faculty are so proud of all their students who performed two shows of the Awakening of Flora over this weekend. All students showed professionalism, a positive attitude and passion for their art which made our hearts full!

A big congratulations to all our RAD Festival dancers - we could not be more proud of how you all danced and conducted yourselves over the long weekend! We work very hard for this festival and it was a joy to watch you all perform.

The students of PCCC are excited to present their mid-year performance of The Awakening of Flora, a ballet in one act based on the Ancient Greco-Roman myth of Flora, Goddess of the Flowers.

Over 15000 dancers from 39 counties worldwide auditioned for the 2023 Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) season. Only a few hundred made it to the YAGP International Finals in Tampa, Florida.

Recently, our two students Rhett (15) and Abbey (14) were invited for a short-term scholarship, via YAGP, to the prestigious Académie Princesse Grace in Monaco, amongst a small, select group of promising students from around the world. They then stayed on for the Academy’s Winter School.

We’ve loved seeing our new and returning students back at the studio this week!

The KMPAA & PCCC faculty would like to wish our studio families are very happy and safe Christmas and New Year 2022! We can’t wait to see everyone back in 2023.

Recently some of our students took part in the 2023 YAGP International Virtual Competition. This competition saw hundreds of competitors take part from 41 countries around the world.

We are so proud of all of our KMPAA & PCCC students, from grade 3 to full-time, for their excellent and spirited performance of our end of year full-length ballet, COPPELIA.

Our fantastic full-time student Millie Maden has spent this past week in Brisbane at the Brisbane International Contemporary Dance Prix, with some fantastic results! She was a FINALIST, just 12 of 51 competitors were selected!

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to two of our junior full-time students, Abbey (13) and Rhett (14) for being selected for the Youth America Grand Prix FINALS in Tampa, Florida in April 2023!

Our wonderful KMPAA & PCCC students recently showcased their contemporary prowess in our 2022 Contemporary Gala, set to the Vivaldi classic, The Four Seasons.

YAGP continues to provide our students with amazing opportunities and exposure to the world’s leading dance institutions, and again this year our students have been very successful!

We are so excited to share that our 2021 graduate Zara has completed her training at the Palucca University of Dance Dresden, and taken a contract with Staatstheater Saarbrücken where she will begin her career this September!
